Publix Worker Doesn't Speak English and completely destroys a customer's sandwich order in Miami – this viral clip exposes the growing language barrier problem in American customer service.

In this video, I break down the exact moment a Spanish-speaking Publix employee had no idea what the customer was asking for in English, resulting in a ruined sandwich. We discuss why businesses are hiring non-English speakers for customer-facing roles, how this affects everyday Americans, and the bigger cultural debate about language integration in the United States.

From Publix to Old Navy to ride-share drivers, these stories show the real-world frustration when English isn't the standard. Is expecting workers to speak English "racist"? Or is it just common sense for a functioning society?
