Day 1 testing the $30 Temu shoes with the stock insoles, and honestly, I'm not feeling super excited about this test. There's a real concern these might hurt my feet more than help — but anything should be an improvement over my old, completely worn-out shoes.

One thing I do like already: the way these look. The sole makes it feel almost like running barefoot, which is an interesting sensation, but that's also exactly the part I think will need upgrading the most. Thin sole, minimal cushion — it's giving early insight into where this shoe's weaknesses might show up once real mileage gets added.

First impressions don't always match how something performs over time. What's your prediction for how these hold up by the end of the test?
