Dawn LaCarte is a professional who has worked in mental and behavioral health for more than 15 years. As a Clinical Outreach Liaison, Cottonwood Tucson is a clinically sophisticated, mental/behavioral health treatment center and addiction rehab. We are dedicated to providing innovative and evidence-based, holistic behavioral health treatment in an environment characterized by safety and respect for patients, family members and staff.
Our commitment is to exceed community standards in the professional practice of medicine, nursing and psychotherapy in a way that demonstrates respect and responsibility to our patients and employees. Cottonwood is an academic affiliate of the University of Arizona School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry therefore we have many Fellows right on campus to assist our medical and psychiatric staff.
Medical services and specialized programs at Cottonwood are offered for the following:
- Co-Occurring Disorders
- Mood Disorders
- Eating Disorders
- Trauma
- Impulse Control Difficulties
- Substance Abuse
- Complex Assessment & Diagnosis
Additionally, our clinical team at Cottonwood is committed to supporting a clinically sound continuity of care and encourages a continuing relationship between our patients and their community-based treatment providers. Our aim is to forge a helpful, lasting therapeutic alliance with all those in our care, their families, and treating clinicians back in their communitie
