I hope to make dailymotion my main video website as its interface now surpasses that of youtube.
No matter what amount of money is spent on gore, explosions, CGI and individual actors, it still doesn't bring an awful plot any higher up, contrary to popular belief. You have to come up with something original, and then put effort into making it happen. Sadly, these days not too many people care about good plot unless something explodes, dies or has a flag on it, which saddens me. That's why I wish to become a film director/editor/writer/cinematographer, and change these money-based foundations for the better. I only hope that others can realize the blandness of today's content and see beyond it.
