After 20 years serving in senior living care, Pam Gray, the Bonaventure Senior Living COO, has developed a breadth of experience. She currently oversees the operations of 37 independent communities and a total of over 4400 accommodations.
Pam Gray, Bonaventure COO, began her career like many in the senior living industry. Her previous work experience includes Farmington Square, a senior care community located in Salem, Oregon, where Gray worked hands-on with assisted living residents as well as memory care, respite, and hospice residents. As her directorial skills and compassion for residents were recognized, Pam Gray, Bonaventure COO, was eventually promoted to Administrator and then Vice President at Farmington Square. Pam Gray says Bonaventure offers many of the same services and is pleased to be able to continue her career in an environment that feels like home.
Pam Gray joined Bonaventure in 2004 as Regional Director of Operations. Since her appointment, the company has grown and is now recognized as a leading provider of independent and assisted living services throughout the West Coast. Since Pam Gray has been with Bonaventure, the company has enjoyed outstanding customer satisfaction. Currently more than nine out of ten residents say they would happily recommend Bonaventure to friends and family.
According to Pam Gray, the company values resident input and regularly facilitates town hall meetings as well as reading and responding to their quarterly resident satisfaction surveys.
Since the addition of Pam Gray, Bonaventure has enjoyed great financial success and has been able to maintain below-average rent increases for existing residents while upholding a full menu of amenities.
Pam Gray currently lives in Oregon with her husband. She enjoys gardening and spending time with their three grandsons.
