Confused Matthew Reviews deal with those films that have been wildly successful yet failed to breed anything but contempt in me. The Lion King, 2001: A Space Odyssey, Back to the Future Part II , etc.
Matthew's Favorite Movies are the opposite of those reviews. These deal with movies that have gotten my attention in a good way! Movies that may not be perfect, nor the best ever made. but there is something special about them that makes them some of the finest films in my eyes. Moulin Rouge, Pan's Labyrinth, Blade Runner, just to name a few.
