Male arrested for abduction of 13 yr old - RCMP transporting on Berrys Mills Road

The District 11 RCMP is actively looking for a 13-year-old girl who has been reported missing.
Ericka Katy Marie Pettipas is believed to have left her family's home on Lenwood Drive in Lower Coverdale, N.B., on her own accord sometime between 10:30 p.m. on May 1 and 5 a.m. on May 2, 2012.
She is 5'3' (164 cm) tall, and weighs 110 lbs (50 kg). She has long, dirty blonde hair, and blue eyes. It's not known what the girl was wearing.
Police have reason to believe Ericka Pettipas may be with 24-year-old Adam Radcliffe, of Shediac. He is currently on a police undertaking that stipulates that he is not to have any contact with Ericka Pettipas.
Adam Radcliffe is described as Caucasian, measuring 5'6' (172 cm) tall, and weighing about 128 lbs (58kg). He has short brown hair and blue eyes, and may be driving a red, 2005 Suzuki Swift, with New Brunswick license plate number GNF 309.
Ericka's parents are concerned for her wellbeing and want her to return home. Anyone who may have information on the whereabouts of Ericka Pettipas or Adam Radcliffe is asked to contact the RCMP at 1-888-506-RCMP (7267), or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
Around 12:30 P.M. a red suzuki swift was spotted at the drive thru at McDonalds Magnetic Hill by staff matching description a male 20's driving and a young blonde girl in passenger seat. Codiac RCMP and District 11 RCMP responded to the area but the vehicle was not found. Then about 40 minutes later the vehicle was spotted by where Highway 1 & 2 meet and the vehicle was seen driving west towards Sussex N.B. RCMP Helicopter , District 11 & District 3 RCMP responded and with in a few minutes a RCMP Officer spotted the red suzuki and caught up to it but the vehicle wasn't pulling over but only travelling around 90kmh . They then turned onto route 114 in Pennobsquis by the Potash mine and the vehicle pulled over and the male was arrested and transported to RCMP station at 520 Main Street in Moncton and the vehicle was towed..
