STORY: Cameron Diaz talked about the uncomfortable undergarments she had to wear for her role as a pregnant mother at the "What to Expect When You're Expecting" premiere in Los Angeles on Monday (May 14).

The film, adapted from the non-fiction New York Times bestseller of the same name, revolves around five couples dealing with pregnancy and adoption to humorous and heartfelt results.

Diaz, who co-stars with Matthew Morrison, portrays a TV fitness guru adjusting to the stress of her changing body. She said that the stuffed bras she had to wear for the film were "not so fresh."

"Those cutlets are like plastic and rubbery," Diaz said. "It gets swampy in there. It's not sexy."

"What to Expect When You're Expecting" opens in theaters May 18.
