Gunmen open fire on an Afghanistan-bound convoy of NATO fuel supply trucks in the Shikarpur area of southern Sindh Province early Thursday.
The attackers then set fire to the six trucks, according to police officials.
Militants frequently attack NATO convoys passing through Pakistan in a bid to disrupt supplies to international forces in Afghanistan.
Routes through Pakistan were, until recently, bringing in 40 percent of supplies for NATO forces, with another 40 percent coming through Afghanistan's neighbours to the north, and 20 percent by air.
