This is a promo done for a Madison Square Garden House Show. The match was ultimately canceled due to Razor Ramon testing positive for drug use, and then leaving for WCW. (Which itself may have just been a smoke screen for the fact that Razor DID NOT want to continue with the Goldust angle) Instead, he fought Savio Vega at MSG, and then 'Rowdy' Roddy Piper was brought in to culminate the feud at Wrestlemania.
