Another masterpiece by Galina Barinova, Soyuzmultfilm, 1990 (she also directed "When the Sand Will Rise"). In a remote time and place, history is a serpent eating its own tail.

Because the colours were for some reason too light, I compensated by using the White Balance filter in VirtualDub and setting brightness to -16.
