Grapevine TX Dodge Complaints

WONDERFUL SERVICE!! Service dept was excellent. I needed a new tranny put in and I had my truck back within a week. Everything was covered under warranty. Harves (sp?) is awesome, you should talk to him. He's very friendly (even towards an unaccompanied female!) and helpful! I live south of Dallas and drove to Grapevine Dodge for the repairs. I knew the reputations of other Dodge dealerships in the area. I have always had wonderful service anywhere I have gone in Grapevine and this was no exception.

THEY FIXED OUR CAR WHEN NOBODY ELSE COULD!! Completely Satisfied. Andrew did a great job getting our car fixed, when other Chysler Jeep service departments couldn't or wouldn't in the past.
