Twenty-year-old Lewis Holtby is one of the biggest talents in German football this season. On loan from Schalke to Mainz, he seems to have struck gold with the new team. Mainz coach Thomas Tuchel's style seems to suit him perfectly and the side is this season's surprise table-topper.
