ON THE EDGE No36 CHRIS COVERDALE

Theo Chalmers interviews activist, behavioural scientist and memetic engineer Chris Coverdale on the legality of waging war with Afghanistan in 2001 and Iraq in 2003. We discuss whether war crimes and actual genocide have been committed by our government and the troops in the field and whether we as taxpayers are complicit in such crimes. Alan Greenspan, has said in his autobiography that the prime motive for the war in Iraq was oil: “I am saddened that it is politically inconvenient to acknowledge what everyone knows: the Iraq war is largely about oil,” In the meantime hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians have died, been tortured and maimed or poisoned with depleted uranium.
