TIBET - As US President Barack Obama meets the Dalai Lama, it's clear that the Tibetan cause receives a lot of support from Americans. In Dharamsala, a North Indian town that's home to both the Dalai Lama and the Tibetan government-in-exile, US citizens and NGOs have moved in to help Tibetans in their battle for freedom.
