This record is actually credited to Jack Albin Hotel Penssylvania Dance Orchestra and it was made in 1931. The vocal is by Wes Vaughn. This band had a long term engagement at New York City's Hotel Pennsylvania during the early 1930s. Although he was quite popular, very little is known of him today. He did record extensively for many labels.
