Bicep exercises are strength-training exercises that target the biceps brachii muscle in the upper arm. This muscle is responsible for flexing the elbow and rotating the forearm.

One common bicep exercise is the bicep curl, which can be performed with a variety of equipment, such as dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, or cable machines.

To perform a bicep curl, start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and holding the weight in front of your thighs with your palms facing up. Keeping your elbows close to your sides, slowly lift the weight towards your shoulders while exhaling. Pause for a second at the top of the movement and then lower the weight back down to the starting position while inhaling.
