J&K: NIA attaches property of Al-Umar Mujahideen founder Mushtaq Zargar in Srinagar

National Investigation Agency (NIA) attached the properties of Al-Umar Mujahideen founder and chief commander Mushtaq Zargar in Srinagar city of Jammu and Kashmir on March 2.

It was done after the order of the Ministry of Home Affairs. His properties were attached under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967.

Mushtaq Zargar was released in exchange for the passengers of the Indian Airlines Flight 814 (IC 814) hijacking in 1999.
