Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh increased activity in 4 states: NIA DG

National Investigation Agency’s (NIA) national conference of Chiefs of Anti-Terrorism Squad/ Special Task Force took place in Delhi on October 14.
Minister of States for Home Affairs G Kishan Reddy, National Security Advisor (NSA) Ajit Doval, National Investigation Agency (NIA) DG YC Modi, former IB Special Director and Nagaland Governor RN Ravi were present at the event.
Speaking at the event, NIA DG, Yogesh Chander Modi said, “We noticed that Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) increased their activities in Bihar, Maharashtra, Kerala and Karnataka. Names of 125 suspects have been shared with related agencies.”
