Tomato Shorba is an Indian style tomato soup, which is thin in consistency, very much spicy in taste and more favourable due to the fresh coriander stems. This is the Punjabi version of ever popular tomato soup. This recipe is more healthy, tasty and easy to make. Must tried recipe during this winter.

Ingredients

oil - 1.5 tbsp
Cardamom - 2(crushed)
Cloves - 4-5
Peppercorn - 4-5
Cinnamon - 2 small
Bay leaf - 1
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Garlic cloves - 10-12
Tomatoes -200 gms
Coriander stems - few
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Fennel powder - 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Chickpea flour - 1 tbsp
Chopped garlic - 5-6 cloves
Chopped coriander leaves - 2-3 tbsp
