Have you ever wondered what it's like to be a "junior innkeeper" at a Hot Springs Inn? That's what OKKO'S INN is about. Animated by Madhouse Studios (RECORD OF LODOSS WAR OVA and numerous others) and directed by Kitaro Kosaka (a Studio Ghibli alumni), this beautifully animated, heartwarming (and tearjerking) tale is rich with both Japanese customs and meaningful messages about the importance of turning away no one and overcoming tragedy.
