Khara masala daal:

Ingredients

Split green gram 250gm
Tomatoes 250gm
Red chili whole 6
Coriander seeds 1tsp
Cumin 1tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Cardamom 2
Cinnamon 1piece
Ginger 1tbsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Garlic cloves 4
Oil 4tbsp
Green chilies, coriander as required

Method
Soak the Split green gram for 30 min , now add all ingredients in a pan accept garlic & cumin , now add tomatoes and cook medium flame , lastly add cumin and garlic and serve.

Chicken Methi:

Ingredients

Chicken ½ kg
Fenugreek seeds 2tbsp
Curry leaves 6
Tomatoes ½ kg
Green chilies 6
Ginger 2tbsp
Black pepper 1tsp
Salt 1tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Coriander powder 2tsp
Cumin 1tbsp
All spice 1tsp
Mint ½ bunch
Oil ½ cup
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp

Method
Heat oil add fenugreek seeds , now add chicken and roast well, when water dries add tomatoes , ginger garlic paste and spices , now cover and cook 15 min , now add green chilies , curry leaves and roast , when water dries switch the flame off, lastly sprinkle mint and serve.

Aamchoor ka raita :

Ingredients

Mango powder 2tbsp
Red chili round 6
Cumin roasted 1tsp
Black salt 1tsp
Dried ginger ½ tsp
Garlic 6cloves
Mint 1bunch
Yogurt 1cup
Water ½ cup

Method
In a blender add raw mangos. Red chili, cumin , black salt , dried ginger , mint , yogurt and water blend well and serve.
