Vegetable rice :

Ingredients

Rice ½ kg
Beans 250 gm
Capsicums 2
Carrots 2
Garlic Cloves 4
Spring Onion 1 cup
Onion 1
Cabbage 1 cup
Salt ½ tsp
Coriander Leaves ½ cup
Black Pepper 2 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Green Chilies 2-3
Oil ½ cup


Method:
Heat oil add onion and fry. When it gets brown color then add 1 cup of water.
Then add beans, capsicum, carrot and cabbage .When boil comes add green chillies, coconut milk and cook .Then add salt, black pepper, turmeric and let it simmer for few minutes.Add spring onion, green chillies and coriander leave.
vegetable rice is ready.


Berry Colada Punch:

Ingredients

Coconut cream ½ cup
Strawberries 1 cup
Pineapple juice 1 glass
Ice 1 cup
Condensed milk ½ cup

Method
Blend all the ingredients and serve immediately.

Chicken Bites:

Ingredients

Boneless Chicken ½ kg
Bread Crumbs 1 cup
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Red Chilies 1 tsp
Roasted cumin 1 tsp
Mustard Paste 1 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Cinnamon Sticks ½ tsp
All spice 1 tsp
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic 1 tsp
Oil for frying
Eggs 2
Method
Marinate chicken with lemon juice, red chili, cumin, mustard paste, salt, black pepper, cinnamon, garam masala, mayonnaise and ginger, garlic then leave for half an hour. Now beat eggs and coat chicken in it and roll in bread crumbs then again roll in eggs and then in bread crumbs and deep fry in oil.
