सिक्किमः सबसे पहले लागू करेगा UBI, SDF चुनावी घोषणापत्र में करेगा वादा | Pawan Kumar Chamling

Sikkim will be the first state to roll out Universal Basic Income (UBI) and has started the process to introduce the unconditional direct cash transfer scheme. Sikkim’s CM Pawan Kumar Chamling from the party Sikkim Democratic Front (SDF), has decided to include UBI in its manifesto ahead of the Assembly election in 2019 and aims to implement the scheme by 2022.

सिक्किम ऐसा पहला राज्य होगा जो अपने राज्य के बेरोजगार युवाओं को बेरोजगारी भत्ता यानि (Universal Basic Income (UBI)) देगा,सिक्किम के मुख्यमंत्री पवन कुमार चामलिंग ने यह अपने 2022 के चुनावी घोषणा पत्र में इसका जिक्र किया है |
