The Delhi Police commissioner today tried to show that defiance was the best form of defence, using a barrage of statistics. Neeraj Kumar praised the performance of his police force. But he refused to resign stating that he can't accept blame for inept juniors in the Masoom rape case. So the question we are asking is- Isn't the Delhi police responsible for the actions of his juniors? Does Neeraj Kumar's record justify his continuation as police chief?
