Delhi gangrape is a turning point in our history: Neeraj Kumar

The Supreme Court sending notices to the Centre and the Delhi government on ignoring age as a consideration to prosecute against heinous crimes. The petition was filed by a lawyer Salil Bali who sought that the court should treat people as juveniles not the basis off age, but on the gravity of offence they commit. Neeraj Kumar said that it is a turning point in our history and we honour Damini.
