A 70-year-old lady was loading her car with grocery bags as a crazy rain storm whipped around her in the town of Hurricane, West Virginia. Despite the drenching she got, she returned her shopping cart to the cart corral. The winds were so intense it was equal to a Category 1 hurricane, which is fitting for the small town of Hurricane. Kachina Rigdon shared the video on Facebook. "If this lady can put her buggy back in the cart Corral during this monsoon.... What is your excuse?!?!" wrote Rigdon.
