Shillong continues to remain on the edge following clashes in Punjabi lane colony. MHA sends central forces to restive areas. Shillong has been on the edge since Thursday following a clash triggered by an altercation between two communities in a Punjabi settlement. A curfew was imposed across the city till 5am today as the administration struggles to maintain law and order in the restive parts of the city.
