President Trump signs order to allow Keystone XL, Dakota Access pipelines

President Donald Trump signed an executive order Tuesday The move is expected to be lauded by Republicans and some union groups who backed the projects. Shares of Energy Transfer Partners (Dakota Access) were up about 4 percent, while TransCanada's (Keystone) stock rose more than 3.5 percent after the president signed the orders. Trump has vowed to cancel Barack Obama's Climate Action Plan and has threatened to pull out of or defund the Paris Climate Agreement, a landmark international accord aimed at reducing mankind's impact on global warming.
