Palestine: Hugo Chavez Eye Hospital's Construction Begins

Since 2011, late President Hugo Chavez announced a series of cooperation agreements which included the construction of hospitals, in solidarity with the Palestinian people. Now, the Hugo Chavez Eye Hospital's construction has began. Our correspondent Noor Harazeen reports from Gaza.
