* Gae Dinon Ka Suragh Le Kar * Pervez Mehdi sings a ghazal of great poet: Nasir Kazmi. He received Sitara-e- Imtiaz, a Presidential Award- Government of Pakistan. In this item, he sang with the skills of IMPROVISATION, using imaginations and fine experienced expression. The accompanists are: On Keyboard. Tahir Ali, Tabla- Izhar-JHARI and Flute - Babar Ali. The singer was my family friend and very close to me. Use to visit my home. We spent together 56 years- 1959-2005. He died in August 2005.
