I recorded this in response to a short clip uploaded by a friend on a Yahoo Hammond Group which I am a member of.
His tune reminded me of a piece called Katjusha which I used to include in a pot pourri of Russian/Ukrainian tunes many years ago.
I have recently been informed that the piece is a Ukrainian folk tune.
I have used his opening bars at the beginning of this.
I wonder if he will like it?
Will he even recognise it?
