In Tokyo’s popular district of Ueno, a drunken Japanese salary man was pick pocketed by two Chinese ladies.

From 2012 to 2013 there were 850 ATM pickpocketing cases reported and the stolen total was 2.5 million USD. Could there be a cute Chinese pickpocketing ring?
