ER horror stories: Man walks into ER with scissors stuck in his head

A week ago, in Chihuahua, Mexico, a blood soaked man stumbled into an emergency room with a pair of scissors jutting from the side of his head.
The man, 32 year old Jonas Monroy, shook the receptionist’s hand and asked her if she wouldn’t mind helping him with a little problem.
According to Monroy’s friend who drove him to the hospital, the two had been drinking at a bar when a rival began to try and wind Monroy up. When Monroy offered to buy the man a drink, the guy pulled the pair of scissors from his jacket and stabbed Monroy.
After Monroy made his incredibly polite entrance he fainted and staff rushed him into emergency surgery. He’d been stabbed in the upper-left side of his skull and the scissors had penetrated the parietal lobe of his brain. Monroy is lucky to be alive.
Police have arrested the other man involved in the stabbing.
