Turkey placing tanks on border with Syria

Ankara has placed tanks on its border with Syria after Islamic State (ISIS) shelling of the city of Kobani hit Turkish territory. This week Turkey will decide whether it will respond militarily to ISIS. The Kurds, however, are fighting ISIS, with their resistance and political organizations mobilizing against the Islamic fundamentalist forces. teleSUR
