Ingredients:
12- 14 tart shells
½ cup of red and yellow peppers cut into cubes
Cheddar cheese grated
Yellow corn boiled
¼ cup of mayonnaise sauce
2 tbsp of jalapeño chillies finely chopped
2 tbsp of coriander finely chopped
1tsp of taco seasoning
1 tsp of chilli flakes
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
