Ceremonies Across the Nation Remember Victims on the 13th Anniversary of 9/11

President Obama lead the United States in a ceremony of remembrance Thursday for the nearly 3,000 victims of the 9/11 attacks. And, for the first time, Memorial Plaza in Manhattan was open to victims families for a name-reading ceremony and the Tribune of Light.
