Borrowing a page (or six) from WEREWOLF OF LONDON (1935), Paul Naschy (aka Jacinto Molina), who also scripted this, reprises his role as perpetually-cursed Waldemar Daninsky. This time our luckless lycanthrope is the lone survivor of an expedition to Tibet who returns home only to find his wife has been unfaithful. Having acquired the mark of the pentagram on his Tibetian misadventures, such a betrayal can only mean things are going to get hairy! But there's a female scientist who thinks she just might be able to do something about his lycanthropic leanings. Yeah, riiight...
