Japanese adult film actress Komukai Minako recently revealed to a local sports magazine that she's spent nearly US$1 million on cosmetic surgery, the bulk of which was a boob job that increased her bust size from a Japanese standard E-cup to a J-cup.
Minako said in the interview that her primary aim is take the lessons she's learned from her, largely plastic, American counterparts, in order to achieve greater success in the Japanese porn industry.
Analysts say the 28-year-old likely went through with the surgery, which included liposuction around her waist, because she felt threatened by Dan Mitsu, Japan's most popular glamour model.
