Japanese porn star Rina Nanase, known as Rumi Kanda in her adult videos, is obsessed with plastic surgery and altered her appearance so much that she ended up looking like a dead ringer for Harry Potter house elf Dobby.

The 25-year-old has announced her numerous appearance altering procedures, which included nips and tucks to her nose, eyes and chin, through Twitter. After her most recent elf-like transformation, the reaction from fans was largely one of confusion, with several noting that she looked like a character straight out the Harry Potter universe.

Nanase, however, doesn't appear to agree with the sentiment, however, and reportedly proclaimed that the haters who say she looked better before her extreme makeover are just jealous.
