Storm surges hit western Europe over the weekend with localised flooding and massive swells as a result. In San Sebastián, Spain, at least one person was swept away by huge waves that caused structural damage to bridges in the city, according to reports. Meanwhile, in Somerset in the UK, Fire and Rescue Services crews worked to pump away water threatening farms and buildings in the area.
