RIPPED IN HALF: PETA Claims Undercover Video Shows Illegal Lobster Killing

PETA has posted an undercover report exposing what they say is cruel and illegal killing methods. The organization says it recorded the video in Maine at Linda Bean’s Maine Lobsters. The video shows factory workers ripping the lobsters in half and removing the organs with an electric brush. Maine law makes it a criminal act to intentionally kill animals by any method that doesn’t cause instant death. PETA says it will file a criminal complaint Tuesday.
