Doctors treat survivors of Asiana flight 214 for injuries ranging from spinal injuries to severe road rash

(SOUNDBITE) (English) Wen Zhang, Crash Survivor:

"I feel lucky. Because we have six family members who traveled on this plane and we are safe. So I feel lucky."

Grateful words from 34-year-old Wen Zhang who grabbed her four-year-old son after her Asiana Airlines flight crash-landed in San Francisco Saturday. She walked off the plane through a hole in the bathroom.

"I'll fly again but I need some time."

San Francisco fire officials said 49 people were hospitalized with serious injuries. Another 132 were treated for moderate and minor injuries.

Dr. Margaret Knudson at San Francisco General Hospital said they've seen a large amount of abdominal, spinal and orthopedic cases.
