Pakistan restaurant blast kills 4

Investigators sift through the rubble of a deadly blast in Lahore, Pakistan.

Police said the bomb was connected to a deep freezer in one of the restaurants in this busy street, which was crowded with people at the time of the attack.

At least four people were killed and nearly 50 injured, including children.

The blast has angered local residents who say the government must do more to improve security in the country.

(SOUNDBITE) (Punjabi) LOCAL RESIDENT, MIAN KHALIL, SAYING:

"It is the duty of the government to provide protection for the people. Everything depends on peace. The government is useless if people are not protected."

There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack.
