Mali signs ceasefire deal with Tuareg rebels

The Malian government has signed a ceasefire deal with Tuareg rebels. Half of the country was lost to separatist fighters during an invasion last year. The army will now return to the rebel held town of Kidal in the north. Al Jazeera's Mohamed Vall reports.
