Retsugo est un groupe de rock composé de quatre musiciens français et d'un chanteur japonais. Ce projet ambitieux a vu le jour au mois de septembre 2008 de la volonté de Ced et Revo partageant le même intérêt pour le J-Rock. Ils seront rapidement rejoints par Matt et John.
Après avoir mis au point ses premières compositions, le groupe recherche activement un chanteur afin de compléter le line-up. Masaki, vivant à ce moment au Japon, décide de rejoindre le groupe qui enregistre alors "A Story Now Begins", le premier Maxi Single. Une dizaine de concerts s'en suivent dans l'Est de la France.
En 2010, le groupe passe par Lyon, Montpellier et commence à se produire à l'étranger en jouant en Belgique, Suisse et en Autriche. Le premier album du groupe est actuellement en préparation.

Retsugo is a rock band composed of four French musicians and a Japanese singer. This ambitious project began in September 2008 with the will of Ced and Revo who shared the same interest for J-Rock. They quickly met Matt and John.
When they had set up their first compositions, the band was looking for a singer, in order to complete the line-up. Masaki, living in Japan, joined the band. The first Maxi Single "A Story Now Begins" was recorded and several concerts took place in eastern France.
In 2010, the band played in Lyon, Montpellier and started to play abroad: in Belgium, Switzerland and Austria. The first album of the band is currently in preparation.
