Chris Short, Concept Resourcing CEO and a successful entrepreneur, has 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry.

Short graduated from Bournemouth University in 1998 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Information Systems Management, after which he took a role at ASC Connections as a senior recruitment consultant. At ASC Connections, Short was responsible for supplying Oracle development staff to software companies across the UK.

After two years with the company, Short founded his own company, Concept Resourcing – a recruitment company focusing on the IT, technology sales, procurement, and field engineering sectors. The company has grown year on year, and is both ISO 9001 and Investors in People accredited. Taking a relationship-centric approach, Concept Resourcing offers its clients a service based on professionalism and trust.
