The main aim and objective of Yoga Essence is to impart experiential, transformational and holistic approach of yoga through many long term and short term courses like Holistic Yoga teacher training, Transformational Yoga Teacher Training, Hatha Yoga Teacher Training, Meditation teacher training, Yoga Nidra teacher training, Life Transformational meditation retreat, Holistic yoga retreat, etc. With the help of these courses and retreats, it provides a firm ground for the participants to get practical experience of eight limbs of yoga as outlined by Rishi Patanjali. The courses also allow the students to receive self-transformation and experience the transformative effect on their body, breath, mind, heart and spirit for a peaceful, joyful, harmonious life.
