Kunda DSP Zia-ul-Haq from Uttar Pradesh was murdered in full public view. His wife -- Parveen, directly accused this former Minister Raghuraj Pratap Singh, alias Raja Bhaiyya for the murder. But so high was the fear of this don turned politician -- not get a single villager was willing to testify against Raja Bhaiya.
