After Gabbar Singh's incarceration, Thakur Baldev Singh proceeded to study medicine and become a Doctor. Ramlal, his faithful assistant was getting bored of his lifestyle, so Thakur took him to Bangkok where he underwent a sex change operation. Dr. Baldev Singh & Ramlal now work as Doctor & Nurse in a leading city hospital.
